Policies

Everything we promise, in writing

We hold a full set of policies covering everything from safeguarding to food allergies. Documents are reviewed annually and signed off by the governing body of our parent school, Vita et Pax Preparatory.

A note on these documents. Little Vita’s Nursery operates under the governance and policy framework of Vita et Pax Preparatory School during this transition to a standalone business. The PDFs below are the parent school's current policies, which apply equally to the nursery. Nursery-branded versions will replace these as part of our pre-launch work. Hard copies are also available at reception.

EYFS Statement

How we deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum across the seven areas of learning.

Admissions Policy

How places are offered, registration fees, and what happens if more families apply than we have spaces for.

Behaviour Policy

Our positive, age-appropriate approach to behaviour management — written for early years.

Anti-Bullying Policy

How we prevent bullying behaviours and respond to any unkindness, age-appropriately, in our nursery setting.

What data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and your rights under UK GDPR.
